A gentle reminder we should all stop and think about everywhere we go. Kindness Always Matters.
The Hot Ham Dinger Sandwiches are soooooo good. Simple. Quick. Memorable. Tater tots + coleslaw … my personal favorite pairings, but whatever strikes your mood.
5 for Friday Playlist is thumbs up. Hope you can give the 5 a listen.

QUICK QUESTION
WHAT QUESTION WOULD YOU MOST LIKE ANSWERED?
HOT HAM DINGERS
These sandwiches are super easy to assemble and pop in the oven for lunch or light dinner. My mom made these often for us growing up. Everyone loves them. Guests included!
Fun fact – make some extra sandwiches and pop in the freezer for a later date. Works like a charm!
SANDWICH INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds deli ham, sliced thin
- 9 slices deli Baby Swiss cheese, sliced medium thin
- 6 soft sub rolls (or sandwich rolls of choice)
MAGIC HOT HAM DINGER SANDWICH SPREAD
In a small bowl cream together:
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish (more if you’re daring!)
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/3 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 TBSP poppy seeds
Slice rolls in half. On each half, spread magic sandwich mixture. Place slices of ham and one and a half slices of baby swiss on each sandwich. Close and wrap tightly in foil.
Bake sandwiches 350* for 30 minutes.
Hot Ham Dingers freeze well as mentioned above. Simply thaw sandwiches for 15 minutes and bake as directed.
