Hello and Howdy this beautiful Monday July 8.

First day of the week and so much opportunity comes with it.
It’s all about recognizing, moving, shaking and finding what’s possible in this week for each of us — individually.

BEGINNING WITH:

EAGLES AND WING SPAN!
Gosh, who knew the wing spans are/can be 6′, 8′ even 9′?
I didn’t!
Next time I see an eagle way up in the air — I’ll recall reading/seeing this piece and my jaw will fall open in awe — knowing the incredible size of the majestic birds’ wing spans!  And I will give an air kiss to the sky in total admiration/respect.

12 FASTEST CATS IN THE WORLD
 Uhhhhh — these cats are faster than fast.
35 m.p.h – 70 m.p.h.  Don’t even think about putting on your running shoes and trying to out run one!  Awe-mazing.

10 HEAVIEST ANIMALS IN THE WORLD
Not one under a ton!
Yeah, I knew all of these “beasts” were probably tipping around a ton on the scale – but not necessarily a ton plus additional tonnage.
Absolutely fascinating!
My biggest shock take-away was the Saltwater Crocodile.
* Gasp *

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL natural WONDERS AROUND THE WORLD
Are, indeed, beautiful wonders.
Even the most talented artists could not create such beauty with strokes of a brush.
These are one-of-a-kind Heaven made masterpieces.

GOTTA LOVE THE E-Z TRICK TO CREATE POUR SPOUTS
For olive oil, vegetable oil, pancake batter, homemade dressings, BBQ sauces!  Go ahead!  think of more.  Brilliant idea.

SUMMERTIME CUCUMBER SANDWICHES
I will totally put some of the add ins (radishes, tomatoes, sprouts) on sandwiches and I will also do some shredded carrots.  Maybe sprinkle in some sunflower seeds.
CABBAGE GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES
I’ve not heard of this combo-type sandwich before – but there is nothing about it that does not make satisfied bite after bite sense!
RICOTTA GNOCCHI WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE
Super quick, easy, light and stellar.
Nagi never disappoints with her recipes.  Clap.Clap!
GREEK WATERMELON SALAD
What a refreshing salad to enjoy all summer long!
Watermelon anything for me – however the add-ins for this salad are absolutely winner-winner lunch or dinner!
15 MINUTE AUTHENTIC GAZPACHO SOUP
OMG!
YES!
Refreshing + Healthy + Sip, Sip, Sip
Repeat!
And I’m also thinking on a Saturday or Sunday Brunch sort of morning — a shot of vodka in the serving of Gazpacho — for a “Bloody Mary” like we’ve never had before!
I’m so gonna do it!

SUPER HILARIOUS FLIGHT ATTENDANT
Yes, I’ve posted a clever flight attendant’s dialogue before and it was a funny bone hit!
