GOLD STAR ENCHILADA SAUCE – STARTING FROM A CAN
Hello Monday. Hello Friends!
It’s a brand new week.
How was your weekend?
Mine was happy and full of springtime thoughts + garden plans as the temperatures hold steady in a warm-ish – not too hot or too cold – birds singing their chirpy little songs, flitting from tree to tree, hitting the bird feeders outside my picture window. Definitely a wonderful time of the year!
I had a grand time collecting these fabulous interestings to share today.
Thanks for giving us a piece of your valuable Monday.
We appreciate you + sharing + engaging + spreading love.
Ready?
Set.
Here we go.
43 SMALL PATIOS WITH BIG IMPACT
The tank pool took me happily skipping back to memory lane as we had a tank pool growing up. My sisters and I had sooooo much fun during Montana summers playing in our tank pool!
I also love the black and white theme concept.

KITE SEASON IS UPON US
FESTIVAL OF FLIGHT sky art display is super cool!
I totally remember the paper kites with a cross of 2 wooden sticks on the back and tying a tail on it and launching it in the sky when a nice, strong breeze presented itself around this time of year. Remember the childhood days of a paper kite?
However, this masterpiece display of kites is like something I’ve never seen and can’t be seen in a museum.
Can only be seen ground level looking up to the sky. AWE-MAZING.

OLD SCHOOL TRICK FOR MAKING PERFUME LINGER LONGER ON OUR SKIN
Love this trick of one-and-done instead of reapplying said perfume over and over again during the day or evening.
My go-to favorite fragrance is Beautiful by Estee Lauder. My Grandma’s was Royal Secret. I can still smell it thinking back when she wore it. Funny – as in – cool that fragrances worn by our favorite people take us down memory lane.
What’s your favorite fragrance?

3 FRESH HERBS THAT SERIOUSLY PUNCH UP CANNED ENCHILADA SAUCE
I love enchiladas! And also making them from time to time at home. However, making a homemade enchilada sauce to nail the whole enchilada to blue ribbon status is not necessarily easy.
Now! We know the tips and tricks with a purchased can of sauce plus the “fruits” of our labor.
Who knew about Epazote?
Not me. But I’m already in the fan club!

Oh how I love enchilada sauces. Why? Because I prefer more than the average amount of “moisture” on my tacos as well as Mexican dishes … and yes of course bring on the FRESH cilantro. Daymaker, it’s also such a bonus opening your first page and finding a beautiful piece of art greeting me. Today’s happy bird was no exception. And speaking of birds, I get a smile just thinking what UTube I encourage you to must watch today. Enter into your TV utube or cell phone these exact words: “utube swan mom carries all her babies under her wing.” Then the 2nd must watch “utube mute swan family with 10 cygnets crossing the road” These two short videos have nearly 4 million views! It’s simply healing to the soul.
So happy you enjoyed, Marty!
We appreciate ya.
