Hello Friends!
Wednesday greetings. I heard someone once say - Wednesdays are like Mondays but in the middle of the week.
High five to that thought! So true.
How's your week going?
I learned this week that one of my cats has a talent that has gone unnoticed until now.

Such talented artists! Hat tip.
Same -
The two comic panels of the little winger-zingers are a laugh!
QUICK QUESTION
Which do I listen to most?
Head or Heart?
Without a doubt - heart.
Good or Bad - that's me. You?
5 for FRIDAY | APRIL 12
Friday greetings, friends!
How's your week been? Good here. Solar Eclipse happened and it rolled right down my neck of the woods, so to speak, and it did get dark for 4 minutes. Kinda freaky and cool all at the same time.
Great 5 for Friday today - Beginning with:
STEPHANIE'S CHIC ON THE CHEAP
I know one thing in the camp of Cheryl, I will never look at an overripe banana or potato peels the same. They all still have value. For Butterflies and for Me. I have a wire coat hanger and I'm going to form a banana holder and hang it outside in one of my trees and watch the butterflies flutter around with glee. Same the potato skins - for moi!
Hello, Yumm-O. No doubt the potato skins are waaaayyyy better than chips outta the bag. AND! Banana skins in a pitcher of water for watering some of my outside plants. Plants will thank me and grow like crazy thanks to Steph! Ta-Dah!
I so laughed outloud at Steph's share of what would literally be her regarding a $7 dress from Ross. Me, knowing Steph for many years absolutely know this to be true! I'm pretty sure she finds all the "deals" out there before any of us put our shopping shoes on. HA!
Steph never disappoints with her cool, outside-the-box creative ideas.
Thanks, Steph! Keep 'em coming, girl!
QUICK QUESTION
What is bravery to me? Many things --but the first thing that pops in my head is -- one who continues to put one foot in front of the other and keeps moving ahead regardless of circumstances happening in their immediate world at the moment. You?
SOUTHPAW SUPER POWER
Is an intriguing list of the specialness of those born left-handed. Totally makes sense, though. My dad was a left-hander. It always caught my attention when he wrote something on a piece of paper - how he positioned his hand to do so - and he did have very nice handwriting. Are you a southpaw or someone in your family?

Happy Valentine's Day, friends!
What are your Valentine's Day plans? Any?
I don't have any plans perse. Laying low and building a fire to be mesmerized by as I watch the flames and reflect on so many memories close to my heart.
I totally want to share something super-duper-heart cool ! Went to the mailbox yesterday and inside there was a package.
I opened it - like a kid at Christmas!
It was from my friends Carol and Toby.
Inside was a beautiful original hand painted card by Carol who is a fine watercolor artist whose work is absolutely/always frame worthy. And, yes, I will frame her piece of art and keep it under glass to view every day when I walk by it. I'll feel the love for sure way after Valentine's Day -- forever.
And - also - in the package was a box wrapped all classy-pretty in Valentine's Day paper. Nope, not a box of chocolates. WAY better! A box of 8 Shower Steamers - that read, "Relax and Enjoy Home SPA with Natural Essential Oil." We're talking Eucalyptus Mint, Lavender, Orange, Pomegranate Rose, Mint, Watermelon and Orange. Wow!
Do I feel special, or what? Quick answer - Very Special! I am so grateful for being thought of on Valentine's Day by my dear friends who were also friends of Peter.
Super fun line-up today!

WEDNESDAY READER | OCTOBER 11
Wednesday Greetings, Readers!
Halloween season is upon us. Have any plans or cool decorations you're displaying outside for all to see?
Today's Wednesday Reader is full of fun and mischief.
Beginning with Quick Question -
What is something that used to scare you, but no longer does? I can think of 2. But I'm not telling. You?
Casanova cheesy lines are indeed cheesy - and they're a hoot!
REMEMBER PAY PHONES AND PHONE BOOTHS? Gosh, they sure have gone away, haven't they?
Question - when's the last time you saw one or the other?
I remember working on a commercial not that long ago. The Craft Service person said that she and her 8 year old daughter were watching an older movie several nights before and one of the actors in the movie made a call in a phone booth.
Her daughter said, "Mom, what's that thing all about?"
I rolled with laughter!
WEDNESDAY READER
Greetings! Welcome to July 26th Wednesday Reader.
The beautiful, cool art illustrations are circus themed today. "Greatest Show on Earth" - Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey posters and a few others that are similar and super fun.
Do Circus' still exist anymore?
WEDNESDAY READER | MAY 10
Hello All!
It's hump-day or mid-week or whatever we individually call it. It's Wednesday. And I present the Wednesday Reader.
Tracy Beckerman's column on "Sleeping with the Enemy," is so funny to me. She's gonna be part of the Wednesday line up from here on out. Welcome Tracy!
Hmmm ... my answer to the question - Easy come, Easy go ... still thinking about it. You?
Poppy Seed dressing is stellar. I make it and keep it in the fridge for whatever strikes "my fancy" in the warmer/hotter months. Refreshing.
Leslie Ellman's Trivia Bits - Pop Quiz and Fascinating Stuff - remains one of my favorites. Love it. Hope you do, too.
Friday's issue is gonna be cool! Posting pics and a little story about attending Scarborough Fair Festival with my friend Laurie. I cannot believe how fun it was and how I've been missing out for all these years!
As always, thanks to one and all for sliding by and giving Daymaker Readable Art a read. Grateful. My hope is that it gives a chuckle or two and stays with you as you wonder and think about a couple pieces you've read here.
